The expansive footprint allows for a tremendous volume of heat storage and output. An excellent space divider, the benches can be configured many ways, including the "rear" face. A Bake Oven?
Customer Reports indicate that the 18"x18" Brick oven in this heater reaches over 600 degrees following a firing, and that not only can Pizza be easily baked to perfection, but that as the oven cools toward 200 degrees or so toward the next firing, different baked goodies can be prepared as the oven slowly cools.
Just as good for reheating as it is for roasting veggies and making breads and pizzas, this addition is often included on the K-2 series heaters.
